Time: 7am start for FULL MARATHON; 8am start for HALF MARATHON
Venue: Beautiful Bozeman, Montana; finish in downtown Bozeman

Description: The Marathon and Half Marathon courses run though beautiful Gallatin Gateway Valley crossing over rivers, running by farms, with the Bridger Mountain range in the background. The end of the race will finish on historic Main Street in Bozeman Montana. Refreshments, live music, and awards will take place at the finish area at the conclusion of the race. The Bozeman Marathon is also a Boston Marathon qualifier!

Shuttle Bus Times: ALL RUNNERS MUST TAKE THE BUSES TO THE START OF BOTH RACES. THE CITY HAS ENSURED US THAT TOW TRUCKS WILL BE TOWING ANY AND ALL CARS PARKED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD OR ALONG THE COURSE.
*Buses will shuttle marathon and half marathon participants from downtown Bozeman (in front of Bozeman Running Company at 448 E. Main St.) to the starting lines of each race. Gear bags will be transported from both starting lines to the finish area where runners can reclaim their belongings.
Relay Teams: Each relay team consists of 4 runners. Each running leg is approximately 10k. Relay exchange points will be clearly marked with white banners. Relay transportation consists of the following: 1st runner takes full marathon bus at 5:45am, 3rd runner takes half marathon bus at 7am, the 2nd and 4th runners are responsible for their own transportation to and from relay exchange points. The 2nd runner needs to be at the aid station at the corner of Webb St and Mill St in Gallatin Gateway, in front of Stacey's Steakhouse and the Fire Department. The 4th runner will exchange at the corner of Nash Rd and Sourdough Rd at the aid station.
Packet Pickup: Sign up early and pick up your packet at Bozeman Running Company: 448 East Main Street in Bozeman. Packet pick up will start Friday, September 5th at 10:00am - 7:00pm for runners who registered early and continue through Saturday, September 6th from 10:00am - 8:00pm.
Timing: We offer chip timing with Chrono Track B-Tag. When you pick up your bib number, the paper B-tag timing chip will already be attached to it. The bib number must be pinned to the FRONT of whatever garment you will be wearing at the finish line. It is important that every participant wear the bib on the front. You will only be timed if you correctly wear the B-tag.
Finish Line: Awards & Goodies: The after party will feature music from 12PM to 2PM. All runners will receive a T-shirt and a medal and will be able to join a post-race party in downtown Bozeman!
Results: Results will be posted at the finish line after the race and can also be found at 406 Running and Bozeman Running Company.
